How Do I.... Register With The Practice?

To register with the practice, please approach our receptionist who will guide you through the process. A few forms will have to be completed for each new member of your family that is registering with us, and each patient must undertake a new patient medical examination. (children under five expected)

Please note any child under five will not be registered until a parent or guardian has had their new patient medical examination. On completion of the new patient medical examination all NHS services will then become available.

Patients are registered with the practice, not an individual GP. For administrative reasons your medical card will be issued in the name of one of the doctors; however, you can at any time express a preference for a particular doctor. This preference can be recorded in your medical notes and we will do our best to respect your choice. However, not all the doctors in the practice provide all services and specific doctors may not be immediately available.
