This practice operates a non-limited partnership.
The surgery is based on the first floor in a building which houses a number of other practices. Parking is available in front and at the side of the building and the premises is in close proximity to the town centre, bus stops and Strood railway station. there are facilities for the disabled, including easy access for wheelchairs and prams. A lift is available for patients' use.
The practice is fully computerised and geared for modern Primary Health Care.

Routine appointments are offered during weekdays, between 9.00 and 11.30am and in the afternoon between 2.00 and 5.30pm.
